our experince with Castle Rock has been awsome it started when we were looking for a house but, to be honest we don't have good credit so we couldn't go thru a bank. We found a house in Flint Michigan that we knew we could afford to make the payments on and called Castle Rock while making the payments we had a couple issuses come up like our basement t flooded and with that we had to put in a new furnace so we couldn't make the house payment for that month and everyone knows once you back slide its so hard to catch up well Jackie at Castle Rock worked with us as we got caught up then our 10 year old daughter passed away and Castle Rock once again stepped in and helped us out we didn't have to pay any late fees. We now go do inspections and secure houses for Castle Rock they are a very fair company and i would not ever hesitate to buy another house thru them Thank-you Castle Rock for all you have done for us Have a Merry Christmas. 8 days after notifying , of my interest in a property I was contacted. I had moved on by this time. I did not respond to their email. their lack of promptness, lost a sale as I am a cash dealer. fast paced sales cannot be ignored, they failed to respond within a time frame I wanted to run with.
