Steve is a great friend and we have recommended him to several of are friend that have been in the market for a home. Steve does a great job. He was very helpful in the purchase of the house we live in and also helped us sell our old home.

It seemed like the seller was more responsive than Mr. Cramer. Of course he was on an extended vacation when we were negotiating. Maybe that is not fair to him. But, in previous real estate transactions with other Realtors have had lot better negotiations. It seemed at times we we threatened by legal problems if we did not move forward. There were lags in communication and acceptance of terms between buyer and seller. Like I said maybe this is not being fair to Mr. Cramer. If we had do it over, I would not make an offer before my real estate agent goes on vacation. I would wait until the vacation is over. There was just too much anxiety and insecurity. We just bought our first house through Steve and we love it. I would highly recommend Steve. He is very knowledgeable and knows the ins and outs of what to look for in a home. Most importantly he has values and he wants what what's best for you, and doesn't just look at you as a sale. Great realtor whom I will definitely be using in the future!
