Nancy was very professional and did everything in a timely manner. Our house in the Village of Hammond went to contract within one week and on to a smooth closing. I think that speaks volumes for Nancy's work.

Nancy was great to work with. She was actually the seller's agent, but I think she did way more for me that expected. The cottage is on a lake and there were some legal issue and a easement that had to be dealt with. There also was flood insurance that needed to be in place before closing. Nancy helped with both of these problems. She was more than responsive and made the very slow process bearable.

Nancy was a great help to me when I had to sell a property quickly. Even though the commission she could hope to gain from my sale was small, she always made me feel like I was a top priority.
