My experience with Wrenchel Stokes was a great one, he took the time to understand what we were looking for, he worked around our work schedules which meant he was working late because at the time I didn?t get off work until 6pm and was unable to look on the weekends he made us feel so comfortable it felt more like hanging out with an old friend than trying to complete a business transaction. He was able to find us this amazing home that meant all our requirements plus more. He negotiated a great price we got the home for well belong what the sellers were requesting, he even came out to the job and at one point met us at a gas station in order for us to sign papers, and when the closing had to be rescheduled because of the sellers, he had them schedule it to meet my schedule and had them change the closing location to his office because it was more convenient for me.
