We were so appreciative of their quick responses to our emails/texts/voicemails. They were clearly very knowledgeable about the whole process - paperwork, negotiating repairs, and relaying information that helped us make decisions. I appreciated that they pointed out details about the house and neighborhood that we might not have thought about. For instance, they asked us if we had seen the railroad tracks that weren't far from the house, and we hadn't. They ended up looking into it for us and found out that it was an abandoned railroad line. So that helped us feel comfortable moving forward, knowing that loud train whistles wouldn't be within earshot of the house! They were also extremely helpful with post-home purchase contacts. We knew when we bought the house that we would need a new roof, and Dale and Stephanie gave us some contacts for good roofers. We mentioned that we want to redo the kitchen counters in the future, and they offered to help us with good contacts for that work too. Bottom line - they're extremely knowledgable, responsive in their communication, and if you need anything housing-related after your home purchase, I'm certain they will be able to point you in the right direction. The Chumbley Team did a great job helping us find and (finally) land a short sale property. It was a long, bumpy road, but they were always available to explain issues and answer questions for us. In addition, they are nice, fun folks and easy to work with.

Awesome team! A friend of mine referred me to them even though he knew I had several real estate friends and I was likely going to use someone I already knew. I told him that I didn't see any reason to meet with them and didn't want to waste their time. He told me to trust him and to meet with them and then make my decision. WOW! No disrespect to any of my real estate friends, but Dale and Stephanie wowed me! Their knowledge of the area was impressive. In fact, when I went out to look at homes, Dale didn't even need a map service to find the homes...he just knew the area by memory (we went to several homes throughout Vancouver). We were more than satisfied with our experience. We are very 'needy' people and had a lot of demands. We felt attended too, directed and ultimately successfully taken care of. The whole process was as simple as asking him to do and it was done. There was no guess work and assumptions were never made- We felt very at ease asking even the smallest of questions and he clarified absolutely every detail all the while making us feel like a top priority. I'm not sure which we value more: the aptitude and expertise that Dale had to properly list/price our home for an exceptionally quick sell or the communication and overall customer service that was second to none.
