If I could rate above 5 stars, I would. They are not only extremely knowledgable about the area, and all aspects of real estate, but they are also incredibly good, honest, caring people. I talked (via phone and email) to several realtors when I was looking for property near Dale Hollow Lake in 2008, and Dino and Cat listened the best, and were the most responsive. When I went down to visit, they had a number of properties lined up, with and without homes, and we were able to locate a beautiful piece land that seemed just perfect. Their assistance in negotiating and obtaining a mortage was superb. They provided contacts to get the land improved, and arranged meetings in short order before I left. And then, after I went back home and back to work, they helped me by overseeing getting the land cleared, the drive improved, a gate up, and so on, and over the intervening years have arranged for planting grass, brush-ogging.mowning, and so on. Dino and Catherine took us through a unbelievable process. We flew to TN from CT in August. We had a deposit on our house in CT so needed to find a new place ASAP! Dino and Catherine walked through 12 properties with us in just 3 days. We were looking at farms so it took a while and none were close to each other. We found the perfect place and Dino made the deal happen for us. We were so excited. Because we had to head back home to CT Dino arranged a home inspection for us. Everything in TN was all set. However as time drew closer to our CT closing date we knew something was amiss. Yes the deal fell through! Dino kept positive and kept in touch with us as well as the Realtor for the seller in TN. Sending papers back and forth to extend the contract 3 times! Finally in March we got through the closing in CT as well as in TN with Dino doing all of the work here so we wouldn't have to make an extra trip to TN. He was even kind enough to meet us at 10 pm when we arrived in TN to get the rest of the paper work to us.
