While visiting Myrtle Beach, my husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Chris. Chris understood that we wouldn't be purchasing for a year or so, but, he still took 2 hours with us showing us condos in the area. I have worked with 6 real estate agents in myrtle beach , I bought and sold a condo and I just bought a town home with th help of Chris, he is perhaps , the best real estate agent I have worked with including the ones in Maryland . He is responsive , answers the calls immediately and negotiation skills that are the best . If you are not from myrtle beach , I highly recommend Chris , because he is defiantly the best that will look after your interest.

Chris is an excellent realtor, being an out of state investor is tough, you never know what you are getting into and sometimes deals are so good you need to buy and then ask questions after. With Chris as your agent, he checks the properties out and never lets you go into a deal blind. This is very rare these days, most realtors would push a sale and take advantage of an out of state buyer, this is not the case with Chris.
