Above and beyond the call of duty. David Schlichter made an absolutely incredible realtor for my husband and I. He was a fantastic listener and was able to show us houses that fit exactly what we were looking for. Throughout the proceess, he was so fun, energetic, and patient. What was really nice is that I never felt as though I was a bother to his time; he never made us feel rushed in making a decision. Also, I'm pretty dense when it comes to "grown-up" terms and David always made me feel comfortable asking even what seemed like the most obvious of questions. David makes sure to have your interests at heart, and also gives you honest feedback about properties. We had an exhaustive list of things we needed, and could be pretty (very) high maintenance, but David was always extremely helpful and accommodating. You have a great advocate in him, and someone who knows the market in and out.
