Carolann was amazing! We had already relocated while our house was on the market and she made selling the house so easy! She went by the house to check on it, and after it was under contract she was there when people were coming and going and scheduled everything for us. She made the selling process easy! I would highly recommend her if you are buying or selling your home!!

Back in early June of 2011 we had the opportunity to work with Carolann. We were looking for a larger home, as we have had to move a parent in due to health issues. We were living in a two bedroom, one bath home. We have one teenage child, Moving in the mother was suppose to be temporary, but has become permanent due to being on oxygen and her becoming worse in health. We had to clear out our dining room, and create her a bedroom. We were so cramped in a home that was less than a 1000 sq ft. I told Carolann what we were looking for. The home we bought is so much more than we ever could have imagined living in. We went from less than a 1000 sq ft, to 2300 sq ft, and on 4.5 acres, in a very nice subdivision. The home was a foreclosure, but in very good condition. We decided to go USDA. It is a nightmare. But, with Carolann knowing the ?in's and out's? of how USDA worked, she made us feel at ease through the whole process. She was there for us every step of the way. Buying a home is stressful, but if you have a good realtor, it doesn't have to be. I have had several co-workers who have been looking at buying, and watched us as we went through the process, and said they want Carolann as their realtor when they do buy. There are many steps in the process of buying. There is financing, termite inspections, home inspections, appraisals, negotiations if something comes back on an inspection. She helped us through it all. We have had a realtor before, but they can not hold a candle to her. She is upfront and honest. She tells you your options, and lets you make the decision.
