Gary is the best. He helped sell our condo in Nob Hill. The condo was in good shape, but Gary helped stage it perfectly by referring us professional, affordable painters. They were so good, we used them later in our new home. He got us a great price on the condo in a down market.

I know it is easy to dish out 5 stars, but Gary Beyrouti deserves every one of it. While requiring some autonomy to maneuvre, in return he fully engaged in our challenging project as first-time buyers. We were most impressd by his absolute reliability, timely communication, and opportunity to ask (and get responses to) questions 24/7.
