Once we were pre-approved, I gave Todd our "wish list" and he began sending me houses to look at online (we were still in San Diego at the time). We picked a few we liked and when we made our trek across the country, Todd set up some showings for us. Todd was friendly and very approachable throughout the entirety of the process. Being first time home buyers and from the west coast, we had a lot of questions. Todd answered everything very thoroughly. He also went above and beyond and explained things to us that I didn't even know to ask, which was very helpful. We decided to put an offer on a house that was for sale by owner. Todd was with us every step of the way. He was excellent at negotiating and communicating with the owner. Once a purchase price was agreed upon, Todd helped us on the next steps to take. He even reminded me to set up the utilities and who to contact (being from out of state, I didn't know what company was what) when our closing was approaching. And on the closing day, Todd was there by our side to support and assist us if needed. I am not sure if Todd was extra nice to us because we were new to the area, but he exceeded every expectation we had for a realtor. He was easy to work with and was understanding our unique situation. He was an excellent communicator and would often respond to emails just as quickly as I had sent them. Todd is a very Respectful mannered Realtor. He takes great pride in being responsive. As First time Home Buyers we had many questions to be answered and Todd e-mailed us almost daily. He was new in the field but knowing of his loyalism over the years it was a 'No Brainer" when we chose a realtor.
