I suffered a bad experience (contractual) with the purchase of my previous residence. As such I was very cautious about who I picked to represent me in negotiations for the purchase of another property. Daniel was chosen as my real estate agent in the recent purchase of my town home in the SLC area. Early in the process Daniel showed good knowledge and experience quickly taking away my concerns. He helped to successfully negotiated a fair price for the home, obtain seller support ($) at closing and established a concrete purchasing agreement. He worked extremely hard in every aspect of my home purchase. In approximately 6 weeks we able to find a home that matched our needs, secured financing and we moved into our new home. Most impressive was that he stayed with us providing his services from womb to tomb.
