I relocated from Winston-Salem to Rocky Mount in July 2011. I wouldn't be able to purchase a new home until my old home sold, but I contacted Jason to inquire about properties in the area. Jason gave me all the information I requested, and asked that I contact him once my home sold and I was ready to buy another. One year later my home finally sold, and I contacted Jason again to help me with the house hunting process. I signed up for alerts from Jason's website, and searched through listings daily. As I found properties I was interested in I would contact Jason. Without hesitation, Jason always gladly showed me the properties of my interest. None of the properties I suggested were really what I was looking for. One day after looking at another property that failed to meet my expectations, Jason informed me of a property that had just come on the market. The home Jason suggested was just what I was looking for. I had actually spotted it a year earlier, but to my disappointment it had been taken off the market before I started my search. It was as if Jason knew exactly what I was looking for. The home had several intersted buyers, and with Jason's help, I was able to submit an offer which beat out all the others. Jason's help didn't end there. He was involved with the home inspection process, and helped me through the loan process as well. Jason even wenr under the house to check out the moister barrier that had been installed as part of the contingencies of my contract with the seller. Moisture barrier? I didn't even know what a moisture barrier was, but there was Jason inspecting the entire underneath of the home, insuriing the barrier had been properly placed. I can't say enough about Jason. What I can say is he's the greatest. He was chased by dogs, and fulfilled my wishes to look at some homes that were obviously not what I was looking for. All the while he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. If you are going to buy a home in the Rocky Mount area, Jason is the man you want to call. Jason is very down to earth and easy to work with. He will work to find you whatever house you desire. He is quick to respond and he knows the home-buying process inside and out. Jason seems to be one of those guys who truly enjoys his job. He is not in it solely for the money. I highly recommend Jason to anyone looking a house in the area!
