Brian was excellant. He was very informative and whenever you call him he would call back usually within an hour sometimes sooner. He handled problems immediately. We had an issue with the realtor and he took care of it right away. He also helped our daughter when she was in dire need as her home was in foreclosure. He negotiated with a creditor of theirs so the short sale could go thru. Two other realtors had told them they could not do a short sale. In this day and age when alot of people do really not know what customer service really is Brian has it down pat. I wish there were more Brians out there. Brian and his company helped me do a short sale on a home I owned in Chandler. I tried to do a short sale about a year before with little luck.
