This is especially so if you're searching for an apartment with what others have lamented as "excessive pickiness." Nonetheless, Matt was happy to accommodate my, "must have hardwood floors, must be higher level, full service apartment, parking spot, amazing views etc., etc." requirements despite my price range being rather low considering how expensive apartments are in Boston. He quickly came up with a list of apartments that met my needs/expectations, and even more quickly arranged to meet up the very next day. I found Matt to be incredibly knowledgeable of Boston, its surrounding areas and the housing market. Through my search, I actually went with an apartment not listed through Matt. I was most impressed by his reaction to, "We're no longer looking for an apartment," message, as he seemed genuinely happy that we had found a place that we're excited about moving into - despite us leasing independently of him. Matt was awesome to work with. He moved super fast for me, and that was very important in my situation. He was always available by phone and text. He was extremely professional, reliable, and he was usually early to every appointment. Working with Matt was a pleasure and I would absolutely do it again.
