We first met Jim when our family moved to Vancouver with my husband's job. We were in corporate housing and were in a time crunch. We wanted the "perfect school district and neighborhood" for our family. Jim literally spent 3 months trying to find a home that made both myself and the hubby happy. He answered his phone or returned phone calls promptly. He was also very calming and reassuring when I had several meltdowns due to "things" not going quit as expected with closing. Those issues were out of our control and we just had to "keep swimming, swimming thats what we do is swim, swim, swim!"
