We are residents of Pennsylvania and bought a house in the Outer Banks. Suzie navigated us through, what had to have been, one of the most prolonged and difficult short sales in the history of real estate. She knew all the local contacts concerning inspections, insurance, utilities, legal, etc. Suzie took care of every detail and promptly responded to all of our requests and questions.
