In completing the seemingly never-ending paperwork Kim was informative, had a keen eye for spotting any errors or issues, pushed the process forward with laggard parties, and kept our best interests and bottom-line at center stage in items both large (purchase price) and small (warranties, repairs, inspections, lending fees, etc.). Kim's connections and recommendations have also been very helpful to us from plumbers and craftsmen to lenders - any party she has referred has performed at the same high level she does and made each step in the home purchase process much quicker and more enjoyable. For specific examples when we needed a plumbing repair to close our sale her referral showed up same day to complete the repairs. When making an offer and needing a pre-approval letter her lender referral called me within 5 minutes and we had our letter in hand within 2 hours. Kim is an "Absolute Pleasure" to work with!! For the 7 months I dragged her around to show me properties, she always brought her Beautiful smile and a Positive attitude. Kim provided a comfort level that made it feel like we had been friends for ages, which was very reassuring, being a first time buyer. Throughout the whole process, Kim brought her "A" game. She has an Amazing work ethic, often times going above and beyond the call of duty. I have a very busy work schedule & could not make it to appointments with contractors, but she saw to it and made sure things were taken care of and on schedule. We worked with Kim on the suggestion of several different friends who had worked with her previously, and thank goodness we did! Kim was our saving grace and we credit her entirely with finding and securing our perfect home. This was our first home-buying experience and we were completely clueless, so Kim's knowledge and expertise was immeasurably helpful. She was very patient with us as we frequently changed our search parameters and made sure we got to see as many houses as we wanted. When we thought we were interested in a house, she was able to point out the strong and weak points and helped us make knowledgeable decisions. We ended up making offers on two houses, but the first one rapidly turned into a bad situation with a shady seller. We had already started the process of the inspection, and Kim had had several expert contractors come out to look at the house for us. Nevertheless, once she saw the reality of the situation, she expertly bailed us out, and it was at her convincing that we then jumped right back into the search process, finding our new home almost immediately after she had persuaded us to back out of the bad deal. She has spent countless hours guiding me in every way to find a condominium in and around the Hillcrest and North Park subdivisions of San Diego. We have visited over 50 homes and traveled over 100 miles total in search of a condo that best suited my interest. It was quite exhaustive and frustrating experience for me but Kim at all times gave me assurances and the confidence I need to find a home. She has always represented my best interest in the selection of homes while applying her professional skills to narrow down specific locations. Kim is amazing to work with and I can?t even begin to tell you all the reasons why she is the best agent we have ever worked with. We have bought a couple houses over the years and worked with several different agents and after working with Kim once we will only use her. We have recommend her to all our friends and family who have all been equally impressed. She is extremely organized and will always get back to you right away on any email/call or text that you send and she checks in to give you status updates on the progress all the time. Once you go into escrow she creates a timeline so you know when you need to have everything done by and when the estimated closing date will be. She is very professional and clearly has a strong understanding of the industry and how to best approach both buying or selling a home. Other agents respect her and respond well to her and she definitely takes good care of you ensuring you are getting the best value. She listens to what you want and what you are looking for and she helps you find it. Kim also goes above and beyond in taking care of the little tasks, like calling the city to make sure there were permits on the property for something that didn?t seem like it lined up. These things may seem small but can definitely add up and are such a hassle to deal with. She will always give you status updates so you never have to wonder what is going on and she does a great job of following up with the other agent to make sure everyone is on the same page.
