Last April we decided to start looking for the property in Florida for the feature retirement. I have been contacted by Abraham (Avi) Fuchs. When he offered his help in property hunting, I had to explain to him that I was not sure what type of property we will need and most important the time frame for buying was unknown. I was surprised that based on these conditions he was still willing to work with us (all other agents gradually disappeared). We set several price ranges and everyday he sent us an email with properties for sale. He called us periodically asking if we liked anything, how everything going and etc?.And over time we built very warm, friendly relationship.
