I'm pretty sure that saying Scarlett does the work of 2 would be an understatement. We have been working with Scarlett for close to a year now, and while we had 1 property fall through we are now close to closing on a different one. She has been absolutely amazing! She e-mails, or calls us to keep us aware of what is going on, and considering we're dealing with a bank owned foreclosure - she has had to do an AMAZING amount of work. It's plainly obvious to us that she really does have our best interest in mind. Scarlett handled all aspects of the sale of a difficult to prepare rural property. The property was an estate sale and was not in condition to show and sell. I am the owner's agent and live out of state. Scarlet arranged for several different contractors to prepare and maintain the house. She brought several offers and persisted through one buyer backing out due to a loss of employment and multiple delays from the lenders of the final buyer. The entire process took about a year in a difficult market and neighborhood. Other nearby properties had been on the market much longer. Scarlet also found buyers promptly, which was encouraging.
