Rae was always patient and friendly. She was willing to take the time to look at as many homes as I wanted to look at before I found the one I purchased. Since I was located out of state, she looked at homes with my parents and sent photos to me of homes I was interested in, including the surrounding neighborhood, which was very helpful in narrowing down my search. She had the patience to listen to my family members and friends who gave their feedback to her on all the homes we looked at even though I was her client. She worked late into the night to prepare and submit an offer. When the seller?s agent failed to do as he had promised, Rae jumped in and finished the work the seller?s agent was supposed to do.
