I don't live in CA and don't have much house hunting experience. So having an agent with experience and patience was very important to me when I started looking for a house to buy in San Diego. Rick was everything I was looking for in a buyer's agent. He patiently guided me through the rather complicated process and made it easy for me. When we had a question, Rick would respond by email in less than an hour. Whenever we had a concern, Rick would do whatever was necessary to get the situation solved as quickly as possible. He made sure to copy me into all emails so I knew exactly where we were in the whole process. Great communication.
