have had transactions totaling more than 2mil wouldn't use anyone else. Knows how to make a deal by thinking out of the box and really listening to buyer and seller to form a plan to bring both parties together and get the deal put together, nobody wins unless the deal gets closed, they know how to get the deal closed through shrewd negotiations and persistence.

Rick and Christi did a terrific job of telling us what our home was worth and what they estimated it would sell for (and their estimate was within $1,000 of the purchase agreement). They had professional pictures taken of the house which made it look fantastic. They were very responsive every time we had questions. I would use them again without question!
