Hiromi knew everything about all the forms that needed filling out and made that process as easy as it could be. This Team answered all of our questions so we as amateurs had no doubts about what was expected of us in this process. Everything we needed from the home inspector, to a flooring guy etc they had contacts for us that they have used for many years. My home buying experience was flawless with Team Lopez at the helm.
