Erin is awesome and I will highly recommend her. As a first time home buyer, I was overwhelmed with the whole process. I spent an hour each talking to 3 different agents before deciding to go ahead with Erin. The 2 other agents were from big and reputed firms. They gave me the information, but there was no personal touch. Erin asked me a ton of questions on what I wanted and then told me what she can do for me and how we can work together. She has her own firm which is smaller in size, but she is part of the top agents network. So you get best of both the worlds. You get a personal touch and at the same time you get access to the best listings (even before they hit the market). On one occasion I was in 2 minds about a condo. Instead of pushing me towards it and making a quick deal, Erin suggested that if I am not sure, we should continue with our search. For a 2nd condo I made an offer, but the seller came back and asked for more. She told me that in her honest opinion the condo wasn?t worth it. This shows her integrity. Ultimately I liked a condo that fit my budget and my offer was accepted. It was a TIC situation and so the deal was a bit complicated. She was very knowledgeable about the process and guided me through it. It took me 4 months to close, but she was very patient through the process. She has good connections with other real estate agents, lawyers, loan agents, home inspectors etc. She was able to fast track some of the work thanks to these contacts. I want to get some work done on the condo and she knows a bunch of contractors as well. Erin and her team are very responsive. I got immediate responses to all my emails / phone calls.
