We were hesitant to hire a realtor because of how much we would loose of our equity in order to pay a realtor. We spoke to several different realtors and were really impressed with Cade's honesty and knowledge of the current housing market. Cade's expertise and negotiation skills were able to help us get the maximum amount for our house. He really earned his money and we know we would never have been able to sell our house for what we did without him.

We can't say it was easy selling our house considering the climate of the housing market but Cade made it happen just like he said it would. He was with us every step of the way, advising us on how to stage the house and pricing while reassuring us all the while he would do his best to get it sold, and he did!
