She was masterful in handling the seller's realtor, who, in our opinion, because of her extremely sceptical and bad attitude, is lucky that she ever sells any houses at all. The seller's realtor made it difficult to get anything done at every stage of the transaction. Anita always kept her responses to what I would call infuriating and unreasonable requests and demands very professional and to the point. The transaction started by having the seller's realtor call my wife and I liars on the first day that we put an offer up for the house and it went down hill from there. Anita kept everything professional even though the seller's realtor got emotional and very unprofessional. This was, after all, a business transaction, nothing personal, strictly business, which is how we looked at it and how Anita handled it. In the face of angry, vituperative responses to anything that was said, Anita kept every response level and professional and her performance was exceptional. We thought that real estate transactions were supposed to have both sides working to complete the sale, but this transaction was anything but that. My husband and myself worked closely with Anita on purchasing our home for over 5 months. We had been shown a few other homes but immedately fell in love with this one.
