I found that in Ms. Brim. She listened to what my needs were and positioned the property appropriately in the market. She gave me great advice on what to do and what not to do. All showings and the open house were professionally conducted and Ms. Brim always provided great feedback. Where she truly shined, though, was in getting me through a difficult sale process. Because of difficult economic times at the national, state, and local level in the late 2000's, real estate sales had slowed considerably. After I received an offer on the property, my bank began to delay the process considerably to the point where the sale came close many times to being in jeopardy.
