Mary and her crew are beyond reproach. I bought a HUD house and was told it would be a long, terrible, drawn out combination of problems. I did it anyway since I've always liked a challenge. I found it to be quite the opposite, mostly because Mary and Allyson (her office manager) insulated me from issues. ANY questions I had were answered IMMEDIATELY. They have so much experience that they would know the questions before I even asked them. The headaches I incurred were from Wells-Fargo, not HUD or Derrick Realty. Mary took care of problems before they became issues! Things I didn't even know about! She is kind, considerate and an all around great person. She didn't show me things out of my price range or below my price range. She knew what I was looking for and found it! She didn't waste any time (mine or hers). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DERRICK REALTY! I've already recommended her to others and would do so again without ANY hesitation. If you've ever bought a house before you know the problems that will arise. Worked with Mrs. Derrick in the purchase of a historical home. I consider myself to be a pretty demanding client and Mrs. Derrick was always available for me and my family to make sure that we were represented honestly and fairly.
