One Saturday night I put in an inquiry about a house on Zillow expecting to get a response on Monday with it being Easter weekend and all. Within minutes Tom had called my cell phone to get the ball rolling. Not only did he meet me the next day to look at the house, he had a bunch of others lined up that he thought I would like to look at. I thought that this was a buyer?s market, it surely isn?t. After over 20 plus offers I put in on houses, and nine months later, I finally closed on my first house in December 2012. I literally dragged Tom all over Orlando and then some trying to find me a house. I blew up his email inbox with numerous houses that I was interested in, and some of them I knew weren?t serious, but I wanted to check them out anyway. Tom never complained. He had the most patience with me, and I truly thank him for that. I was about to give up, and he kept giving me encouragement to keep looking.
