Sherrie has listed new construction houses for me for 10 years. She has extensive knowledge of the area market, and has always been more than fair for both sides in every transaction. I have sold 2 homes and bought 2 homes w/Sherrie Loveland's expertise. She is very attentive and intune with my wishes. She is very diligent in the process of home buying/selling. I had my home under contract and was very close to being homeless except for all the "hoops" Sherrie jumped through to get me in another house by closing. That could have been 10 times more stressful than it was. She's very knowledgeable about property values and is ever mindful about resale value. There were 5 competing bids on my current house. There were some legal issues to be resolved because the property was in an estate. Through it all Sherrie stayed positive and the closing was 6 weeks after signing the contract - which could have been strung out much longer. It took another 8 months to sell my last property and Sherrie knew I was making 2 mortgage payments AND I'm not rich!! She gave me great advice on how to present the property and always contacted me with any comments made by prospective buyers.
