Forrest was very helpful with negotiating a purchase of property in Kohala. He helped with the price agreement and the disposition of sellers personal property on the premises. As part of a more complex exchange transaction he helped us negotiate a delay in the close of escrow as well. He knows the the area and people and is willing to investigate issues like easements and boundaries. He is very easy to deal with.
