I would strongly recommend Eric. He put in all the time and effort needed to sell our house in the off season and was more than helpful, responsive, and friendly throughout the entire process. We really can't say enough good things about Eric. In fact, our only disappointment is that now that we've moved out of NJ, Eric isn't able to help us with our next house!
