None of them has been more professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough than Sue Warren was when she recently represented me for the purchase of a house. Sue knew that I wanted to act fast, lived out of town, and had only brief periods of time to dedicate to actually looking at homes, performing due diligence, and doing everything else needed to complete the transaction. Sue made the process very easy for me. I gave Sue my criteria for a house. In about a day she forwarded to me by email detailed listings for about a dozen homes which satisfied my criteria. She didn't waste my time forwarding listings for homes which did not meet my criteria. The next morning or so I told Sue that I could be in town that afternoon for about an hour and a half. I asked if she could arrange for me to see about a half dozen houses during that period. Well, Sue showed six houses to me that afternoon during my brief trip into town.
