Tom has a low-key approach to the home buying process that worked well for us. He listened to what we were looking for and made appropriate suggestions (we ended up buying a house in a subdivision we had missed until he pointed it out.) Tom was effective with helping with the buying process, although never taking over. Overall, we would use Tom again.
