If I were to recommend a realtor to anyone, I would start and end with Scott Lynch. Not only is he a expert in his field, but he is a caring and compassionate man. As a new widow, selling my home was a very emotional experience. I felt so comfortable with Scott. No question was unimportant or left unanswered by him. Scott helped me through the process of buying a HUD-owned foreclosure. There were a lot of hoops to jump through, but he was right there jumping with me. I can't comment on negotiation skills since HUD homes have a goofy bidding process, but he did line up a qualified home inspector and plumber on extremely short notice (one of those HUD hoops). He was quick to respond to questions both by phone and email. If I ever find myself house hunting again, I'll be sure to look him up.

He was VERY knowledgeable then about the houses that we was taking us to and what was possibly going to cause us issuses in the future.
