I was more than 60% upside down in my townhouse, and after 2 failed loan modification attempts under my belt, I was paralyzed by unanswered questions regarding tax & credit report implications of a short sale. I met Ruth and began asking her questions, and she invited me down to her office to talk about the "what ifs". The next day I showed up with 2 pages of questions, and she and her associates sat down and answered all of them. After I sought legal & tax advice, I decided to list my house with her and had multiple offers the first week.
