Driving through a development in Kutztown with my wife one day we say that our dream house was for sale. We have talked about buying that house for the last 10 to 15 years and realized this was our chance. That night we called the listing agent Bill Sands from Sands & Company. From the first time I talked to him I knew that if anyone could make this happen, it would be him, and he did not disappoint. When we went to the listed house to view it, I could not believe all of the information he had prepared for us. He handed us a brochure (full color) of the house, a buyers disclosure form, and a list of utilities along with monthly costs. Bill is a very motivated person, and we could tell that from our first meeting. After about a day or two, we gave Bill a call to set-up a time to meet to get things rolling. Scheduling was simple, what worked best for us is when he wanted to meet. My wife and I had some concerns about trying to sell a home in a development where all of the homes are more less the same and several homes to choose from that have been on the market for awhile.
