As first time home buyers, we needed somebody with local expertise. Mark knows Denver neighborhoods better than anybody we spoke with. His responsiveness was unbelievable, and he would respond to any question within minutes. He understood our needs as buyers and helped us find the perfect place. Mark is an awesome realtor.He is very knowledgeable about the properties in downtown Denver. He is very responsive (even after hours - evenings and weekend). Throughout our search he was very well organized and well prepared. He pays very close attention to detail both on the property and contract. We had signed a contract and after a couple of days another property opened up which was a better fit for us. Mark handled cancelling the previous contract for us without any hassle. He did a great job on helping us get out that contract and get a new one signed in pretty much no time. We ran into some issues with our lender (Bank of America) on the day of signing and Mark helped us deal with the lender and got everything sorted out for us. It was well into the evening past 8pm and Mark stuck around and made sure we had all our documentation taken care of. He was a great asset at that point and we might not have been able to move in without him. Without Mark's professionalism, attention to detail, and perseverance, we would not be in our incredible downtown home. We started our search very early in the year using various avenues (websites, real estate agents, etc.), but we started to give up hope knowing that we had a limited budget and knew we were intent on staying downtown. Within a week of searching through Mark, he showed us a home that fit our budget, needs, desires, and then some. The catch is that we found a short sale that was destined for foreclosure.
