I have been renting for a good five years from people. It took only three months if not less to get my house. I was difficult. I did not want to just buy a house. I bought my home in November 2009. I didn't know what to expect or what I could get in my price range. After the first time showing me houses Tammy knew exactly what I wanted and I didn't even know myself. She found a house for me that was above and beyond what I would ever dream of being my first home. She advised me on a good negotiating offer. I took her advice and my offer was accepted.
