The home had been listed with 2 other realtors in the last 3 years and neither realtor seemed as energetic to sell the property as Jeanna. To accomodate our schedule, she met with us on a Sunday morning to do the paper work. The property sold within 30 days of listing. We highly recommend Jeanna. We had about 25 houses she helped us sort through and showed us at least 15 houses and twice for the house we purchased. She was always prompt about returning out emails, texts and phone calls. We were moving from out of state so she went to the house when the home inspector and insurance agent needed to look the house and spoke with them to give us the summary of what they said. She also fit us in to her schedule all weekend at the end of our week looking for houses. She provided us with lists of contactors, pet groomers, and places to shop and eat. First Jeanna spent a long (last minute) day showing us properties; then assisted us with a foreclosure purchase. Despite the MANY hurdles and delays caused by the selling bank and the inactivity of the listing agent, we came through [relatively] unscathed largely due to Jeanna's efforts.
