Bob recently represented us on a purchase of a home in Gaylord. We live in Florida and we were always able to reach Bob by telephone, if unavailable he called us back promptly. While I am still searching for my "perfect home", he continues to keep me updated with new properties as they become available, based upon my specifications. He communicates very well, responds to all my questions and has been very accommodating with showing various properties at times that fit into my hectic schedule.
