We started looking in Aug 2012 and found a home that met our specific needs, made an offer, however the seller was not motivated to sell. Beth helped me lick my wounds andd westart looking for other properties. We came down again in Nov 2012, looked at some different areas and more houses, but none met all our needs. We went back to "our dream house" and the seller agent said-make another offer and let's make it work this time....so with a few hiccups, we closed this week! I cannot say enough good things about Beth, she started as our real estate agent and ended up a family friend. She held our hand through the process of buying our first home, she always kept our best interest in mind and most importantly she was always available to answer any and all of our questions, day or night. Beth never shyed away from our unusual situation, being it took us almost 7 months to find a house we liked and then we never even stepped foot into the home we wanted to buy because we where living in Maryland at the time where my husband was stationed, so she took videos of the home for us and personally went and looked at the house to make sure it would fit our needs. Very personable and easy to work with. Worked hard to find and show homes and condos that fit our needs and price range. Did the investigative work which made it easier for us. We will call Beth again if we decide to move or upgrade in the future.

We were very interested in learning more about the areas of Beaufort, Bluffton and Hilton Head, SC, for potential areas to retire.
