Chris set the price below what we had thought we might get, but his reasoning was sound. In fact, before we were through we had to lower the asking price more. In this market, it was impossible to get the price we wanted. It was difficult to accept, but Chris was very good about clear explanations, always giving us time to digest information that wasn't what we always wanted to hear. We often asked him for advice, and I felt his thinking was sound. Throughout the process, Chris was available, helpful, called or emailed back quickly. When we were close to closing, his office staff were on the spot with everything. There is nothing I would change about how Chris handled the house, the negotiations and us.
