We came upon Yvonne by chance while looking up homes on the internet. And we could not have been luckier. From the start, she has had a very professional, timely and proactive approach in helping us find the perfect home. Yvonne has a lot of expertise in the Hollywood/Hallandale/Dania region; she knows most neighborhoods and keeps looking past her clients' expectations. As a family of 6, it was not easy to find a vacation home for us in a condo complex that would take us and our 4 cheerful small children; yet she kept searching and found the perfect one. As for the negotiations, she was very protective of our interests and always on top of everything with all parties involved (lender; insurance agent; title company and seller's agent). We were first time home buyers and were a little apprehensive and not very knowledgable about the whole process. We got extremely lucky to have found Yvonne.
