I have used Matt and Ginger to buy and sell three different houses. Matt was extremely patient a knowledgable when my wife and I bought our first home. When we were ready to sell because of a job relocation to Union, Matt and Ginger sold our house on the first day on the market. That gave him the added pressure of finding us a home in Union rather quickly, but was successful with marathon days of looking at houses. Matt never made us feel rushed about looking at so many houses in such a short period of time. We were very happy with our house in St Andrews but 5 years later and another job, took us back to St. Louis. The market was horrible to have to move and there were 14 other houses in our subdivision for sale. I don't know how they did it , but our house was the first non short sale house to sell in St Andrews. We were headed back to St. Louis on another marathon of house hunting which was well over 30 houses in less than 20 days. We are back in St. Louis because of some excellent negotiating.
