Sue Parker had only her interest at heart and was very impatient. She was not considerate with my needs. It was evident that she only wanted to make a sale and collect the commissions. I wouldn't use her again or refer anyone to her. As long as you are looking to make an immediate purchase she will pretend to be genuine. Purchasing a home is a huge investment ! You need to be able to trust the realtor you choose and know they have you're best interest in mind. The Parker's love what they do! They genuinely care about helping others to not only find the right home but a home that is an investment. They have done the research! They will go above and beyond. I was absolutely impressed with the home I bought. If it weren't for Mike and Sue Parker I would not have moved. I was a first time home buyer and was going through a different agency at first. I didn't sign a contract with the other agency but I found myself looking at homes my self getting frustrated because I was doing all the legwork and not finding good areas. I asked about a home in an email to Mike Parker he called me right away. I answered and we talked about my interests in finding something in my price range and needs. He found THREE while I was on the phone with him. I was driving around already and he told me the addresses I was able to check them out immediately because they were all near by. The third one became a charm. I signed a contract that night and within a month the house was ready for me to move in. I really enjoyed working with Sue! I had previously divorced before deciding to sell my home. I was under so much stress. Sue listened and worked very diligently from start to finish.
