When we found the place she was there every step of the way in negotiating with the owner's broker, explaining all the procedures, helping me find the right other professionals (inspector, attorney, etc.), working with me to make the loan process relatively painless. She also was highly knowledgable and helpful about a town I didn't know well and worked with/for me on some oddities (such as arranging with the owner to allow me to leave some of my personal property in the garage of the home before I left town (the closing was later).
