Mr. Rose presented himself as a neat, polite gentleman. There was abslutely no 'hard sell', He listened intently, evaluated my situation and gave honest answers. In my best interest his advice was presented with courtesy and good will for the sale of my house. When I purchased the modular from Heritage there were so many exaerated facts and down right lies.
