We had some major, major challenges with the financing at the very last minute because Bank of America dropped the ball. I have been to numerous open houses held by Mary and her "team" each time I have walked into one of these open houses they have been incredibility rude, dismissive and acted as though I was bothering them by coming into their space. It just goes to show all the marketing in the world will never replace good customer service!!! Don't work with an agent just because they are holding a house open you love, after seeing many houses Mary McTernan was holding open I wanted to buy and getting the negative reactions from them when I walked in each and every time, I just refused to step foot in another open house being held my Mary McTernan.
